MISSION

Give capable students in underserved regions the tools, mentorship, and hands-on engineering experience to move from curious, to capable, to building real things.

VISION

A Pakistan where a student’s zip code — not their ability — is no longer the limiting factor on what they can build or become.

FOUNDER

Zain Abid

Mechanical Engineer (NUST), co-founder of Race Pakistan and NUVEX. Has taught students in both Karachi and Hunza; leads curriculum and mechanical instruction.
CO-FOUNDER

Shams Nadia

Electrical Engineer with NGO field experience across Gilgit-Baltistan, and a Hunza local for whom this is a lived issue, not an outside observation. Anchors the electrical and embedded curriculum.

Quarterly board meetings, annual audited financials, structured donor reporting. Day-to-day leadership in each region stays with the local co-lead — governance sits above delivery, it doesn’t replace local ownership.
